NHFPI Launches Executive Director Search

CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute announces the launch of the search for its next Executive Director.

The New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute (NHFPI) educates elected officials, key stakeholders, and the public about complex economic and policy issues facing the Granite State. Our aim is to foster informed debate and decision-making, advancing a vision of a fair and inclusive New Hampshire in which everyone can prosper.

NHFPI seeks a leader with a passion for public policy and research, and the ability to nurture and lead a small team of talented professionals. NHFPI has a strong reputation for nonpartisan, high-quality, and credible analysis on important state issues such as the State Budget, income and poverty, education, health care, and tax policy. Candidates should have a strong appreciation for nonpartisan research, understanding of public policy, and strong nonprofit management skills to empower a high-performing, talented staff and provide leadership and direction that advances NHFPI’s growth and development.

NHFPI Executive Director AnnMarie French has announced plans to step down from the role later this year. AnnMarie has dedicated more than eight incredible years to NHFPI, and we are so appreciative of her visionary leadership, unwavering compassion, and steadfast commitment to ensuring all Granite Staters have the ability to thrive and prosper in New Hampshire. AnnMarie has served as NHFPI’s Executive Director since 2018, and previously held the role of Communications Manager from 2014 to 2017. Under her leadership, NHFPI has expanded its staff, increased the organization’s revenue, and established strong partnerships that have enhanced NHFPI’s impact. In the coming months, AnnMarie will be working with our Board of Directors, staff, and partners to ensure a seamless transition to new leadership. As AnnMarie steps down from the role of Executive Director to dedicate more time for family and to explore new opportunities, we wish her the very best and are so thankful for all that she has done for NHFPI!
