New Hampshire brought in a $10 million surplus in June, but revenues remained below June 2024 levels, according to an analysis from NHFPI’s Phil Sletten. Business taxes ticked up after months of decline, while liquor and tobacco revenues continued to fall short. Overall, State Fiscal Year 2025 ended 6% below last year’s revenues, highlighting continued uncertainty in key revenue streams.
