Emily Soule
NH STATE POLICY FELLOW
Emily Soule joined the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute as a New Hampshire State Policy Fellow through the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities’ State Priorities Partnership. This two-year, research-focused program supports recent graduates in launching their careers in the public policy sector. Emily graduated from the University of New Hampshire with her Bachelor of Economics and Political Science in 2022. She returned the following year for her Master of Public Policy and graduated from UNH’s Carsey School in 2024. At UNH, her research focused on criminal justice reform and economic policy analysis. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Emily is passionate about having a positive impact in her home state. Emily is from Penacook, but she can be found traveling around northern New England to attend live music shows.
