Dow Drukker

SENIOR POLICY ANALYST

Dow Drukker is the Early Care & Education Senior Policy Analyst at the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute. He previously worked at the Urban Institute as a research analyst, where he conducted research on early childhood education and child welfare policy. Prior to that, Dow served as the inaugural research fellow at the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation, where his work focused on advancing research related to the well-being of women and girls in New Hampshire. Dow holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire. Born and raised in New Hampshire, he now lives in Newmarket with his spouse and their two cats. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the White Mountains and seeing live music across the Granite State.
