Jessica Williams

POLICY ANALYST

Jessica Williams is a Policy Analyst at the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute, where she has worked since 2024. Before joining NHFPI, Jessica was a Research Associate at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. She also worked as a Research Assistant for the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and as a Policy Intern for Chicago Area Fair Housing Alliance as well as the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Jessica earned her Master’s of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration and Master’s of Social Work in Organizational and Community Practice at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  Although a recent transplant, Jessica is originally from the New England area and is excited to explore all the great attributes of New Hampshire.
