Examining the State Budget: The House Finance Committee’s Proposal

This webinar was held on Tuesday, April 6, from 10:00am to 11:30am.

Following the release of the Governor’s budget proposal, the House Finance Committee has been making amendments and modifications to the State’s spending plan for the next two years. This presentation will review the House Finance Committee’s proposed State Budget for State Fiscal Years 2022 and 2023, which will be presented to the House for any additional amendments and a vote, and discuss key changes from the Governor’s budget proposal and the current operating budget. This presentation will also provide context relative to the federal aid to New Hampshire expected from the American Rescue Plan Act and the potential impacts of those funds on the State Budget process.
