NHFPI Welcomes Molly Redfield as Communications Manager

CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute (NHFPI) is pleased to announce the addition of Molly Redfield as communications manager.

Molly comes to NHFPI after four years as the communications and events manager with New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility (NHBSR) and over a decade of nonprofit and community engagement experience. At NHBSR, Molly led the development of programs and events to leverage business support of Granite State communities and workers. She applied her communications and project management background to amplify NHBSR’s outreach and engagement efforts. Molly has also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA, coordinating anti-poverty programs in West Virginia, and has held communications and program management positions at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and the Worldwatch Institute.

As NHFPI’s communications manager, Molly will guide NHFPI’s efforts to expand its reach and impact throughout the Granite State. She will support the organization in deepening its collaborative efforts with community partners for greater opportunities for impact and look to develop new partnerships.

Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Mount Holyoke College. At Mount Holyoke, her studies focused on building community capacity to address food insecurity through youth leadership and community gardening. Molly looks forward to applying her communications and community engagement background to her work with NHFPI.
