At this event, NHFPI Policy Analyst Jessica Williams presented recent research on the barriers to affordable housing and how increasing supply can strengthen local economies. Sarah Wrightsman, New Hampshire Housing Community Engagement and Education Managers, and Jennifer Chisholm, Executive Director of the NH Coalition to End Homelessness, shared important findings from their latest reports, providing a comprehensive snapshot of the latest research concerning New Hampshire’s housing constraints and unhoused Granite Staters. This event was moderated by Nicole Heller, a senior policy analyst at the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute.
